YOUR HOME AWAY FROM HOME
---------------------------------------------

A dormitory room with a bed, bed linens and lockable storage space is provided to all students at no charge. You are also provided laundry detergent, and women are provided sanitary products at no charge.

We are committed to provide you a safe, secure, clean, and attractive physical and social living environment. In return we expect that you will respect and take responsibility for your individual living area. You will be encouraged to develop and use self management skills that will assist you in independent and community living. All students are expected to be active participants in the operations of their living environment.

All students are expected to maintain the cleanliness of their assigned space and their entire dormitory.

There are seven dormitories where students usually live with 2 or 3 roommates. Dormitories are staffed with residential advisors to supervise, teach, lead, and support student’s individual needs. Each dormitory has bathroom and shower facilities, laundry facilities, TV rooms, lounges, and vending machines.

Every week students are involved with stewardship, which is usually on Monday evenings. This is a collaboration of community where all students pitch-in to maintain their living environment and overall residential community. This is an important part of being apart of the Atterbury community.
