Job Title:	Career Counselor

Description:	Counselor will need to establish supportive/mentoring relationship with students throughout their enrollment. Career Counselor need to be an active member and participant in all Career Technical staff activities and student case management. Conduct student employability rating evaluations. Provides support for enhancing student employability and ensuring continued participation in the Job Corps program. The Career Counselor is the principal liaison between the Career Technical Center and Group Life/Dorm Life. Attends and participates in daily Group Life briefings. The counselor will also co-facilitate the Dorm Life Success Team as well as co-facilitates Dorm Life student groups.
Requirements:	The qualified candidate will have a minimum of a BA Degree with at least 15 hours in Social Service related classes and one year experience in counseling preferred.
